Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on location, product weight, size and distance. For most products shipping within Australia we try our best to offer free shipping, with exceptions at our discretion for weight, size or delicate handling – the cost of which will be shown on your invoice.
International shipping varies with customs, restrictions, taxes and costs. If in doubt, confirm shipping options and costs with us by email, text or call; an invoice will confirm pricing.
Returns & exchanges
If a product is fitted, damaged or tampered with by a customer, returns and refunds are void (subject to exceptions). Fitment must be ensured by the customer – our fitment guide is to the best of our knowledge. We may cover incorrect fitment subject to wear and packaging – just call us. Return shipping is covered by the customer and packaging and contents must be undamaged.
Turbochargers and injectors must be installed by a qualified technician following manufacturer procedures. Damage from contamination, dirty oil/fuel or installation error is not covered.
Simple returns such as incorrect ordering are accepted within 30 days, with return shipping covered by the customer. A restocking fee may apply.
